2. Ship your empty perfume bottle to us and indicate your order number inside the parcel.

How to pack and send back the empty perfume bottles?

Empty perfume bottles are fragile, please pack them properly with carton and stuffing. Ask S.F. staff for help if necessary.

How to calculate the shipping cost for sending the empty bottles?

The price of refill service includes the shipping cost of sending the empty bottle to us, just send it by S.F. Express with delivery fee upon receipt.

How to calculate the shipping fee for getting the refilled perfume?

The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and listed at the check-out page.

If the entire order is eligible for free delivery, the promotion will also be applied automatically.

Can I refill different styles of perfume?

Unfortunately, we can only refill empty bottles with the same style of perfume.
