Delivery Options

All orders will be shipped via S.F. Express.

• Self Pick-up Service at SF Business Stations, SF Stores & SF Lockers
• Door-to-door Delivery (Residential / Commercial)

Delivery Charges

Orders within Hong Kong upon HK$500 net amount could enjoy free self pick-up delivery.
Orders within Hong Kong upon HK$800 net amount could enjoy free door-to-door delivery.

The delivery charges will be calculated at the check-out page. Free delivery promotions (if any) will be automatically applied at the check-out page. The final delivery charge will be shown at the check-out page.

• Orders can be delivered to S.F. self pickup locations (including S.F. Stations, S.F. Service Center & S.F. Locker).
• The Hong Kong phone number provided at checkout should be able to receive SMS notifications. Otherwise, customer might not be able to collect the parcel and will be liable to any extra incurred cost.
• The order will be dispatched within 5 business days upon payment confirmation. This might vary depending on stock availability.
• Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the self pickup location in 2-3 business days. Customer will receive an SMS notification with the pickup PIN upon delivery.
Customer should collect the parcel within the specified time. In case of any delayed collection, extra cost will be incurred and shall be borne by customer. In case of multiple delivery failure, the order might risk being cancelled and not refunded. Should there be any difficulties, please directly contact S.F. • P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.
• Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

• The order will be dispatched within 5 business days upon payment confirmation. This might vary depending on stock availability.
• Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 1-2 business days.
• Delivery service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
• If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact S.F. Express directly for make further arrangements. In case of multiple delivery failure, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.
• After order dispatch, the waybill number will be provided via email. Please contact S.F. Express to track your shipment if needed.
